Thank you for choosing me to create your dream brows. I've worked hard to provide my clients with the highest quality service and take great pride in my work. So that I may continue providing my best services, I've created this cancellation agreement that honors your time and commitment to yourself, while also respecting my time as your service provider.

At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide a major credit card and pay a $100 deposit to hold your reservation that is exclusively for you. This deposit will go towards the initial cost of your service. I understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary, however, I require at least a 48-hour notice for an appointment to be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty. 

If you cancel within 48-hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment time without any notice, you will forfeit your deposit. You must contact me via phone or text at 808-954-1566 Please leave a detailed message if you are unable to speak with me.
